The wrapping system is composed on rotary arm wrapper, paper corner applicator, orbital ring wrapper, and specially designed conveyor.
6sided pallet wrapping system wrap pallet on 6 sides.
Fully wrapped on pallet with stretch film, best solution for panel, board, box, sheet paper pallet, etc.
With paper corner applicator to protect 4 corners when storage/transport.

Film auto feeding and cutting device                           
To be designed to cut and clamp film on top of pallet
When stretch wrapping finish, the film will be cut and clamped automatically.
When the film tail is released from the clamp, then the film tail will be wrapped by stretch film and keep it tightly with the pallet to ensure no film tail produced.
Film hot melt cutting: electrical heating wire to cut the film.
After film being cut, the hot sealer will seal the film tail automatically to ensure no film tail come out.
Pneumatic control system                                    
Air source required: the compressed air shall be supplied by end user to the inlet of the stop valve.
The pneumatic cylinder is controlled by control box.
Paper corner applicator                                   4sets
The applicator can sense the position of the pallet, and then adjust the position of the installation. The working center should be same as the wrapper.
Auto sense the paper board quantity and alarm when lack of material, so that the paper boards can be feed manually;
The paper board should be in same level without angle;
Paper corner magazine 2pcs for each applicator, feed the paper board vertically;
The device should be connected with the main wrapper so that whole system work automatically;
The buyer should provide the exact specification of the paper board for confirmation. The positioning of the paper board should be based on the bottom line of the board.
