Technical specification1.Description:The fully automatic strapping machine KZV1220 is specially used for pallet strapping. The strapping head adopt the model of VK10K120-16 made by TITAN, Germany. The PLC controls system adopts SMART S7-200 SIEMENS brand, which ensure the advanced property and reliable operation. This machine is widely used for the online pallet wrapping with conveying line automatically.
This machine is mainly equipped with Frame, strapping head, PET strap feeding unit, PET strap ring plate unit and control panel.2.Specification 2.1 Strapping specification:
Strapping size of pallet: L1200mmxW800mmxH2000mm
2.2 Requirement for the placing of the pallets.
The pallet is laid on the conveyor with the center line parallel with the ground surface.
2.3 Strapping head:         Model VK10K120-16 (TITAN Germany)
  Feeding speed of the PET strap:                      2.5-4.5m/s
Tension force regulation:                           200-2500N
Hot melting sealing, length of sealing head:            27mm

 3.Machine configuration and control system 3.1 The whole machine is equipped with automatic swords threading system.
3.2 With the function of auto PET strap threading.
3.3 The lifting of strapping heading is driven by SEW brand gear motor to ensure stable operation and reliable braking.
3.4 With the strapping head of model VK10 K120-16 of TITAN Germany.
The interval of every strapping is 15s.
The PET strap spool Model KE-400 is with the auto PET strap collecting function.
3.5 Control system
The PLC is SmartS7-200 control system (SIEMENS brand). The times and distance can be set by the operator as per the requirement.
